Dispatch

Ready made orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. For bespoke items, please allow 10 days from order to dispatch. Please contact me if you need something urgently.

Please note during busier periods lead times may be slightly longer.

During July, August, November and December please allow extra time for processing orders. For ready made orders allow 8 working days and 14 working days for made to order items.

Delivery

Please choose from the selection at checkout. Services offered include:

Royal Mail 1st, 2nd class and signed for delivery.
Evri next day delivery - please note the cut off for posting orders is midday for next day delivery. Also allow time to pack, process and drop the order at the depot.
Royal Mail International signed and tracked delivery.
Free local pick up.

Returns

For an exchange, refund or cancellation you must:

contact me within 7 days of delivery
request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery.

I do not accept exchanges or refunds on custom orders or sale items unless items are damaged or faulty.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items will be refunded upon receipt so I recommend using a tracked / signed for service.
