How long will it take to receive my order?

If you’re ordering something that is showing in stock, your order will be despatched within 5 days of purchase.

Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to make and an additional 5 days to be delivered. Read the Ivy & Noah shipping & returns policy for more information.

Do items come flat packed?

No, all items including Teepees are set up ready, all you need to do is open out and adjust accordingly.

What are your Teepees made from?

Poles for the teepees are made from white wood. All fabrics are either cotton or poly cotton.

Do you make the teepees yourselves?

Yes, they are made 100% by me.

Can you do bigger or smaller sizes?

Absolutely. Unless you’re a giant. I can’t make giant-sized teepees.

Whether you want teepees, bunting, banners, cushions or patchwork quilts, please contact me with details and I’ll give you a price for bigger or smaller items.

I can’t find what I’m looking for, will you design me a completely bespoke teepee?

Of course, I love creating new designs, please get in touch with your ideas.

Can I collect my order in person?

Sure. I’m not open to the public, but you’re welcome to contact me to arrange collection.

Can I customise an item?

Absolutely, please get in touch with your requirements and i’ll do my best to accommodate.

What’s the recommended age for teepees?

Ivy & Noah teepees are best suited for 18-months+ remembering all children should be supervised when playing.
