About Ivy & Noah

Well hello there!

Thanks for stopping by.

I’m Claire and I make and sell handmade children’s gifts under my company name, Ivy & Noah.

I know what you're thinking: "So if you're Claire, who the hell are Ivy & Noah?"

my story

Support my small business in Cheshire

I’m a small business with a big heart. I really do pour my heart and soul into running Ivy & Noah – alongside the usual juggling that goes hand-in-hand with two young children. Every seam, fixing, letter and accent is made with care and attention. Every collection is carefully curated. Every order is beautifully packaged, so your gifts bring you joy from the moment they arrive.

I scour wholesalers for the best deals on the most beautiful fabrics. I’m having physio to sort out my crooked posture from all the days… weeks… months… spent hunched over my sewing machine. Nights in the run up to Easter, Christmas – or just randomly busy periods – spent beavering away in my sewing room while my husband does bath time, story time, kiss goodnight & tucked in tight.

Ivy & Noah really is so much more to me than a small business. Ivy & Noah is my past, present and future. So when you shop with me, you genuinely bring a little joy to my world. And I hope I do the same for you, too.

Sami @ Ivy & Noah

Sami has been supporting me with my personalised happy birthday bunting range since Summer 2025. She helps me meet the demand for high-quality, reusable birthday decor that I simply cannot keep up with as a solo creator (an awesome problem to have, quite frankly – thank you so much to everyone who supports this thriving small biz!)

Sami is a freelance designer, seamstress and founder of a sustainable unisex brand. Based in Cornwall, she designs fashion and textiles – and has a passion for ethical, local and sustainable practices. Outside work, Sami spends her time supporting her local community, swimming in the sea, sketching and exploring the beautiful Cornish coastline with her husband and lurcher.
